Great videos.
No system behind them.

  • The website had no tracking, so nobody could say how many people visited or where they came from.
  • More than a hundred videos sat on YouTube with no written home and no regular way to reach past contacts.
  • Requests from clients arrived by text, email and voice memo, and follow-up depended on someone remembering.

10 systems, one database.

Website and the Vault

A rebuilt videocartel.net with 240 indexed pages, including 193 Vault articles written from our own shows and collaborations.

YouTube to newsletter

Every new video becomes a Vault article, and the biweekly newsletter features it alongside past videos. No one has to remember to write it.

Booking

A booking page that reads the real Google Calendar, blocks double bookings, and sends confirmation, reschedule and cancel emails on its own.

Online proposals

Proposals go out as a private page with an access code. The client accepts, asks for changes or declines, and onboarding starts from there.

Command center

One private hub for tasks, calendar, notes and client status, with a morning report of what is open and what is waiting.

Open loops

Every request is logged the moment it comes in and stays open until it is signed off, so nothing quietly falls through.

Message autopilot

Texts and emails from key contacts are read and answered within minutes, and anything that needs a decision is escalated right away.

Search autopilot

Twice a day it reads Google Search Console and Analytics and rewrites page titles and descriptions based on what people search for.

Traffic tracking

Our own privacy-friendly tracking plus Google Analytics on every site we build, so every client can see where visitors come from.

Meeting notes to action

Recorded calls are transcribed and summarized, and action items flow straight into the task list.

One path, from a new video to a signed client.

Every step hands off to the next on its own. One database sits behind all of it, so nothing gets copied by hand.

  1. Step 1: Video published
  2. Step 2: Vault article
  3. Step 3: Newsletter
  4. Step 4: Booking
  5. Step 5: Proposal
  6. Step 6: Onboarding
  7. Step 7: Tracked to done

Measure first.
Then build what moves it.
