Before and after
From guessing to knowing.

Where they started
Busy club.
No connected system.
- Four clubs, four websites, and staff tools spread across shared links and text threads.
- The website had no tracking, and its forms did not save to a database. Nobody could say where a new member came from.
- Lead follow-up, new-member onboarding and partner programs all depended on someone remembering.
What we built
8 systems, one database.
Four club websites
Rebuilt to the WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standard (ADA and California Unruh), with tracking on every page.
Clubs HQ
A private staff hub: sign-in, procedures with read tracking, a guest tracker, and purchase requests with approvals by club.
Lead follow-up
Every membership inquiry gets a follow-up sequence toward a tour until the person joins, replies or opts out. Staff get a new-leads report every morning.
Member app rollout
Members and contacts across all four clubs were emailed about the app: 5,803 people, zero failed sends, zero duplicates.
Event RSVPs
Self-serve cancel links that move the waitlist up on their own, a no-login door list, and feedback after each event.
TTC Living partners
Twelve co-branded partner pages. A member sign-up notifies the partner right away, and each partner has a private live tracker.
Review routing
Happy members are sent to Google. Unhappy ones reach leadership and the right department within a minute.
Health monitor
An hourly check on every staff tool that raises an alert before the front desk notices a problem.
How it connects
One path, from first visit to referral.
Every step hands off to the next on its own. One database sits behind all of it, so nothing gets copied by hand.
- Step 1: Website visit
- Step 2: Guest pass or RSVP
- Step 3: Follow-up
- Step 4: Tour
- Step 5: Joins
- Step 6: Welcome kit and app
- Step 7: Reviews and referrals
