A Morning at Truelight Community Fellowship
On Saturday, October 17, 2026, Truelight Community Fellowship in San Bernardino held its 4th Annual Prayer Brunch. The theme was "Dwelling in the Secret Place."
The program moved through worship, prayer and the Word. Prophetess Laura Wallace brought the message, and Apostle Sylvester Wallace led a time of meditation.
This recap, filmed and edited by Video Cartel, condenses the morning into 2 minutes and 39 seconds.
What the Secret Place Holds
The video opens with a welcome to the room: "You guys are beautiful." It then moves straight into the theme.
One voice lays out what the secret place offers in a short litany. It is where "we find expression," where "we get progression," and where "we find wisdom."
The worship segment sets the tone for the rest of the morning. "We talk to God and not just clap our hand," one speaker says. Another puts it more plainly: "I'm not an entertainer. I'm going to worship God."
Time for the Word
The message centers on a single verse: "He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most high shall abide under the shadow of the almighty." The task is framed directly: "My assignment is to make plain to you what the secret place is."
The word to the room is one of restoration and compensation, and it is delivered with urgency. "It's not too late to fix it. It's not too late to turn it around."
A challenge comes with it. "If you are not curious for God," the room hears, "that scripture won't mean anything to you."
One of the most personal moments in the recap comes from a speaker who shares being a breast cancer survivor of almost 7 years, and says that the "healing came through revelation."
Meditation as Visitation
The meditation portion, led by Apostle Sylvester Wallace, separates the practice from the way the word is usually used. "We don't meditate like the world does," the segment explains.
Instead, the aim is to fill the mind "with the things of God so much so that God can invade our space and give us visions."
The line that sums it up: "Meditation is a visitation."
The segment then becomes a guided exercise, with short instructions spoken to the room:
- See yourself standing sure
- See the fear leaving
- See the doubter moving
- See victory
A Brunch That Almost Didn't Happen
The closing includes an admission. One of the hosts tells the room the event nearly didn't take place: "This is not my breakfast, but this is God's breakfast cuz I almost cancel it."
The host recounts sensing God say, "You won't have another one," and answering, "Okay, God. I'm sorry."
The video ends with thanks to everyone who came to the fourth annual gathering and a final send-off: "We love you. God loves you. And there is nothing you can do about it."
Who Should Watch
This recap is for members and friends of Truelight Community Fellowship, whether they were in the room on October 17 or missed it. It also suits anyone in the Inland Empire looking for a short, faith-centered word on prayer, scripture and meditation.
Church leaders and ministry teams planning their own prayer brunch, conference or gathering can use it as an example. It shows how a full morning of worship, preaching and meditation can be captured in under three minutes.
