Growth Coaching with Jay Pineda
You have the tools.
Now the work gets finished.
You are busy running the business. You already have a website, some software, a vendor or two, and a list of things that were supposed to be done months ago. Growth Coaching puts one person on driving that list to the finish, with a real deadline on every item.
Why things stall
More tools won’t fix it.
A deadline will.
Most owners don’t need another app or another vendor. The website half gets built. The CRM gets set up and nobody uses it. The marketing plan sits in a folder. Not because anyone is lazy, but because nobody owns the date.
Follow-up emails don’t move a business. AI can send those. What moves it is someone who sits down with you every week, agrees on what gets done by when, and makes sure it actually happens.
That is the job. Jay Pineda is the Growth Coach who holds the dates.
The plan
A written plan, so you always know what’s next.
A 6, 8 or 12 week plan, written for your business. Every week spells out what gets done, what Jay delivers, what is needed from you, and how it is measured. It starts with where you are today and ends with a scorecard.
Step 1: Weeks 1–2
Baseline
Before any target gets set, we measure what the business has today: leads, calls, sales, response time, whatever actually matters to you. Growth gets measured against real numbers, not guesses.
Step 2: Every week
The weekly meeting
15 to 30 minutes, at a day and time agreed up front. We review what got done, set the next deadlines, and book the next meeting before we hang up.
Step 3: Between meetings
Follow-up on autopilot
A recap after every meeting with each person’s asks, and a reminder the day before every deadline. Nobody has to remember what they agreed to.
Step 4: Final week
The scorecard
Where the numbers landed against the baseline, what worked, what did not. Then we write the next plan.
The rules
Agreed up front, so nothing slides.
These get settled in the first meeting, with you and anyone on your team who owns part of the plan.
Every deadline is a day and a time.
Thursday at 3pm, not "ASAP." If it does not have a date, it is not on the plan.
Every meeting ends with the next one booked.
No "let’s circle back." The next meeting is on the calendar before this one is over.
Follow-up runs on its own.
After each meeting, everyone gets a recap with their own asks. The day before each deadline, a reminder goes out. AI handles that part, so the meeting time goes to decisions.
One reset, then it goes to the owner.
Miss a deadline and it gets one new date. Miss it again and it goes to the owner. Everyone agrees to that before week one, so nobody is surprised.
The toolkit
When the plan needs it, it gets built.
Growth Coaching is the service. Everything below is the toolkit that comes with it. If week four calls for a landing page or a follow-up sequence, Video Cartel builds it. You don’t go hire another vendor.
- WebsitesBuilt or fixed when the plan calls for it.
- CRMLeads, follow-up and pipeline in one place.
- Video and reelsContent that shows customers who you are.
- SEOSo the people searching for you find you.
- AI automationsThe repeat work, handled without a new hire.
- Follow-upsRecaps and reminders that go out on time.
Who it’s for
Built for the owner who is out of hours.
- You run the business and the business runs your calendar.
- You already pay for tools and vendors, and you are not sure they are paying you back.
- You have a list of projects that were supposed to be done months ago.
- You want one person holding the dates, so you are not the one chasing everybody.
